Lace

This week at Sweet Stamps we have a lace challenge. Be sure to check out the blog to see all the great cards that the Design Team and others that have entered, have made!  Anyone can enter,
but if you use a Sweet Stamps rubber stamp you get two entries into the challenge for a chance  to win a $20 shopping spree.
Check the Sweet Stamps blog for details.

This is my take on a lacy look. I wanted to show off some needle piercing and embossing skills. Hope you like it.

For this card I stamped the images on vellum. I dry embossed them (on the back of the vellum). Colored them with prismacolor colored pencils (also from the back).

I used the single perforating tool and metal grid to make the grid pattern.

I cut out the center flower by using the single needle tool. I also popped out sections of the flower.
